• Featured botanicals include gentian root and wormwood from Piedmont as well as saffron, myrrh, aloe, cinnamon, sweet & bitter orange zest, and mace
• Base spirit distilled from Italian wheat
• Botanicals are individually cold macerated for a maximum of 60 days. The final blend is sweetened with beet sugar and rested for 30 days in stainless steel before filtration and bottling.
• Crisp aromas of gentian underscored with cream soda lead to a push of bitterness on the palate bookended by vanilla and cinnamon. Fresh rhubarb, wormwood, and orange oil build on the finish.
