• Proofed with the soft groundwater of Tottori Prefecture’s Mount Daisen
• Leather, charred oak, damp forest floor, and a touch of vanilla greet the nose before progressing to a light, oily palate of cherry tobacco, toasted cinnamon, and freshly cut white oak with burnt marshmallow, pine resin, and white pepper on the finish
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV
