A visit to the Sarrazin family's ancestral estate in Jamblès nestled atop a hill in this quaint hamlet of around 50 inhabitants, is akin to stepping back in time. The Sarrazin family's winemaking legacy runs deep. In the mid-1990s, brothers Guy and Jean-Yves took over the family's winemaking legacy from their father, Michel. This was not just a passing of the torch but a continuation of a rich history that began in the seventeenth century. 

The family's vineyards are a testament to their commitment to sustainable winemaking. They avoid using herbicides and pesticides, ensuring the wines are of the highest quality and environmentally friendly. The winemaking process is a testament to a commitment to quality. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled cement tanks. The wines are then aged in a combination of the highest-quality (both new and older) Francois Frères oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered, preserving the true essence of the vineyard.
