The grapes are a blend of three parcels from his fifty-year-old vines in the south-facing but high-altitude lieu-dit Le Blanc with a parcel in En Choilles. This is nicely focused with plenty of energy. The palate is convincing with an energetic opening, a seductive mixture of citric acidity intertwined with tropical notes of lime and apricot.
