• Non-age statement; matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey, new Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks
• Bombastic aromas of ripe papaya, aged leather, stewed plum, and orange peel transition to a rich palate of grilled peach, strawberry jam, and cinnamon with underripe pineapple, grape must, and a whisp of smoke on a slightly salinic finish
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 46.4% ABV
