Mature Blue Weber agave is harvested from the Vivanco family estate after 6–10 years of organic farming. After being roasted in brick ovens and crushed using a metal rolling mill, the agave is fermented in stainless steel tanks (while classical music plays softly in the room!) before it is finally distilled in traditional copper alembic pot stills. Aroma leaps from the glass with notes of kirsch, horseradish, and white peppercorn; a sweet & oily palate with pleasant weight is balanced by acidity complemented with notes of light cocoa powder, dried oregano, and a touch of salinity. An elegant tequila made to also be a crowd-pleaser, Los Dos is undefeated in terms of quality, value, and transparency. 40% ABV
