Aged rum finished, blended, and bottled by Rolling Fork Spirits in Starlight, Indiana • Column-distilled from estate-grown sugarcane molasses from an undisclosed distillery in El Salvador • Aged tropically for 10 years in El Salvador • Finished for 22 months in a combination of Rolling Fork casks: 3 Oloroso sherry casks, 5 port wine casks, 4 rye whiskey casks, and 10 Kentucky bourbon barrels • No additives or coloring • A spicy nose of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla baking spices transitions to a rich and fruity palate displaying bright citrus and dark fruit anchored by caramel; the baking spices reemerge on the finish along with hazelnut, raisin, and cherry • Gold Medal at SFWSC 2020 (Extra-Aged Rum 5 Years and Older) • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55% ABV After importing this decade-old rum, Rolling Fork divided the spirit into 22 secondary casks of varied style and origin.
